We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:
- All major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.)
- Smaller cities and towns
- Remote areas (subject to courier service availability)
Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
Please note:
- Business days exclude weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays
- Delivery times may vary for remote areas
- During peak seasons (Eid, sales events), delivery may take 1-2 additional days
- You will receive tracking information via SMS and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

FREE SHIPPING on all orders Rs. 4,000 and above
Rs. 250 flat rate for orders below Rs. 4,000
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.

We partner with Orio (getorio.com), Pakistan's leading logistics platform that works with major courier companies including TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx, and others to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp
- Once shipped, you'll get tracking details to monitor your delivery
- Our team will contact you if any clarification is needed regarding your order or delivery address
Payment Method
Currently Available: Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay conveniently when your order arrives at your doorstep. Our delivery partner will collect the payment in cash.

Delivery Process
- Our courier partner will contact you before delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
- You can inspect the package before making payment (for COD orders)
- Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and you may be contacted to arrange re-delivery or cancellation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure you provide:
- Complete and accurate delivery address
- Working contact number
- Nearby landmark (if applicable)
Incorrect address details may cause delivery delays, and any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
