Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

✓ Must Be Unworn and Unwashed

  • Items should be in their original, unused condition
  • No signs of wear, washing, or alteration

✓ Original Tags Attached

  • All original tags, labels, and brand identifiers must be intact and attached
  • Do not remove tags until you're certain you want to keep the item

✓ Original Packaging

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • Include any accessories, freebies, or promotional items that came with the order

✓ No Damage

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or pet hair
  • Products should not be torn, altered, or damaged in any way

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

ALL items are eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Men's, Women's, and Kids' apparel
  • Western and Eastern wear
  • Sale items
  • Discounted products

There are NO category exclusions - we accept returns on all products as long as they meet the eligibility criteria above.

We bear the return shipping cost!

When your return/exchange request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address at no charge to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of delivery:

Provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos of the item (if there's a quality issue)

Step 2: Get Approval

Our team will review your request and approve it (usually within 24 hours on business days).

Step 3: Courier Pickup

Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup from your address through our courier partner. You'll receive pickup details via WhatsApp/SMS.

Step 4: Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Step 5: Refund or Exchange Processing

  • For Exchanges: Your replacement item will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after inspection
  • For Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Method

Since we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer to your provided account details, OR
  • Store Credit that can be used for future purchases

Once online payment methods are integrated on our website, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If your desired size/color is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or process a refund
  • Exchange shipping is FREE (both ways)
  • You can exchange for a different size, color, or even a different product of equal or lesser value
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you'll need to pay the difference

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The 14-day return window has passed
  • Items show signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Original tags have been removed or damaged
  • Items are stained, damaged, or altered
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The return request is not communicated to us first (do not send items back without approval)

Quality Issues or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong product or size
  • Incomplete order

Please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or provide a full refund - your choice! Quality issues are given priority processing.

Important Notes

  • Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days; we cannot accept late requests
  • Items must be returned exactly as received
  • Keep your tracking information until the return process is complete
  • Allow 2-3 business days for pickup after approval
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after inspection

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale and promotional items follow the same return and exchange policy. There are no exceptions - if it meets our eligibility criteria, you can return it!
