Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order:

• Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately, and we will cancel your order with no charges
• After Dispatch: You cannot cancel, but you can refuse delivery or use our Return & Exchange Policy (14-day return window applies)

Order Cancellation by Level Apparels

• 14-day return/exchange window from delivery date
• FREE return pickup (we cover shipping costs)
